The Sunday photo project.

Here we go. My whole year’s worth of Sunday photos in one big photo overloaded post. I chose my favorite picture from each Sunday.  Some weeks were definitely better than others.  I am just happy we both stuck with it. High five Lydia!

Now if you count up my weeks, which I am sure nobody will because about five people read my blog(thanks for reading mom and sister!), but I really messed up on a couple of weeks. Last night I noticed my weeks were off a number and I was missing a Sunday somewhere in May! No idea what happened. I tried and tried with what brain power I have but the process was more confusing to me than Math 1050. And that’s really saying something.
So this project wasn’t perfect. But what in life is? My Lydia is what is perfect in my life that’s what. She got more beautiful and delightful with every passing week I captured.

Thanks for putting up with your picture happy mama Lyds.  I sure do love you.

Now I have a couple of ideas of what kind of photography project I would like to do for 2012.  I will keep you posted.  I need to pass it off with the man in charge around here first!

Oh and Happy New Years!

Sunday’s photo, week 33.

Here’s our girl. Running and completely happy in her little toddler world. Then she just had to trip and land her eye right on this plastic basket we had outside about one minute after I took these pictures.. Gave her a nice little gash above her eye. Surpisngly, it didn’t bleed a ton. And another surprise, I didn’t even take a picture! Now it is healing up quite nicely.

Sunday’s photo, week 28.

The summer laziness is taking a toll on my Sunday photos of Lydia. They have been pretty boring, let’s be honest. Hopefully with her second birthday coming up I will actually get her in more fun locations than on a front lawn eating a popcicle that a neighbor friend  gave her.  We just get too busy playing and relaxing lately and that’s more than okay too.

Sunday’s photo. Week 19.

Wow, this week 18 on Sunday’s photo wasn’t this last Sunday, it was the Sunday before. I have a lot of posting for this blog that I need to catch up on! A lot of fun personal pictures as well as a ton of cute families and engagements to share on here this week.
This is Lydia right after church just watching some Winnie the Pooh before she settled down for a nap. Can I tell you how much I just love the music in this Winnie the Pooh video?! (That was being completely sarcastic in case you couldn’t tell). It’s a good thing I love her more than life or else that video would never be played.

Sunday’s photo. Week 18.

I am a bit of a liar today. You see, these weren’t taken last Sunday. They were taken the day before. I didn’t take one picture last Sunday and it was Mother’s day! Gasp! It was such a busy day with family events by the time I remembered to take a picture with my Lydia for Mother’s day it was basically dark. Oh well. Luckily we took some time to play dress up with her minnie dress the day before.  As I have mentioned before, she loves the minnie.  Can’t get enough of her.
