Hazel’s tenth month has come and gone. In her tenth month, a freckle developed on her upper lip. A freckle! The first couple of days it was there, I thought it was a scab from scratching herself. Greg then pointed out to me it was a freckle. I took a closer look, and sure enough a little freckle is now found on her upper lip. It’s pretty cute.
We dropped down to only morning and night nursing sessions. I have a feeling by the time she turns one nursing might be a thing of the past. In some ways, I think we are both definitely ready to be done, but once I am done nursing she is one step closer to being out of the baby world and closer to being a toddler. Boo hoo. But with no before bed feeing to have to worry about, maybe Greg and I will be able to go on a date without me being stressed the entire time that Hazel is being sad or upset. Pros and cons I tell ya!
Hazel is a speedy crawler and gets into everything. Stands and walks along furniture. She even has mastered standing on her own for a few seconds at a time. She still hasn’t figured out climbing up the stairs, which is quite nice for me. Hazel loves to grab items and put them in baskets/buckets/whatever and then take it out. It’s pretty nice she can find some kind of entertainment!
Now onto the 11th month!
