photo Sept12013_KaraSimmons_8_zps3d591cfb.jpgOver the Labor Day weekend, we made a quick trip up to Park City with all of Greg’s side of the family.  We usually stay the weekend, but we couldn’t make that happen this last time(so sad) and so we made a day out of it!  Nothing like cruising down the Alpine Coaster with Lydia for the first time.  She loved it.  Didn’t get scared once and said “Weeeee!” the whole way down.  I can’t wait to take her down again.  If only that ride wasn’t so darn expensive.  Geez.

Our next stop was the Christmas store on main street.  As Lydia was picking out an ornament for our Christmas tree this year, I went to put one of them back and accidentally dropped it.  The ornament shattered.  Everywhere!  I told the cashier thinking she would give me a break and not make me pay, but oh no, I got 10% off to pay for the shattered ornament.  Awesome.  We did get really cute ornaments that day though.  Wasn’t a total loss I suppose.

We did a lot of family hanging out time, I did outlet shopping the Hazey babe as she slept like an angel in her car seat, and Lydia had a grand old time running around with cousins.  Park City is always the place to go on Labor Day weekend.  Always.
