And then Greg had a birthday.

I always feel a bit bad for Greg and his birthday every year. We go out for mine, go shopping, you know, make a whole celebration out of it. And then in between our birthdays we use about a million different free meals we get from restaurants and celebrate with our families. By the time Greg’s birthday gets here, we always like to just take it easy. But I am positive that’s the way he likes it. His birthday was yesterday, on a Sunday, so not much could be done besides taking it easy. He did go golfing the day before though! My Gregory is easy to please. All he wanted to do was sleep in, eat yummy home cooked food, take a nap, and spend time with Lydia and I. I thought I could handle that. I made crepes for dinner. Delish.

We live a few minutes away from Utah Lake so we decided to take a visit to a dock area we have never visited before. Please do not pay too much attention to our appearance.  If we look a little thrown together, it’s because we were.  Like I said, Greg wanted to take it real easy on his birthday.  And that applies to our appearance I suppose.  But how cute is Lydia’s messy hair?  I happen to love it.

Happy Birthday to my Gregory. I could write a gushy sappy post on how much I love this man, but I will save that for his own ears. 🙂  I will leave it as stating how incredibly happy he was born 27 years ago and that I get to call him mine.  Woot for 27!
